Artesian Waters-steeltec Authorized Dealer sold me a water perafacation system that does not work . will not take calls. because of us calling to get service came out 2 times but the 2 time says we need a bigger system . Elgin Illinois

GARY KRUKOWSKI the sales man told us the system is the same cost as a water soffener.well that was the FIRST LIE it cost us 6,000.00. a week later i saw a soffener for 400.00 $ . he also told us we would have beter tasting water.cleaner water an clearer ice cubes. toilets will be cleaner .use less soap an 1/2 the coffee you would need. cleaner clothes .better tasting coffee.anall that were LIES .

he said no payments for 6 months . we asked him if that means we will not be charged interess for thoses 6 months. he said yes. the interess will start after the 6 month. i cant even make a pot of coffee. the grounds are allways over flowing in my pot. i have used less an less coffee and it still over flows. after 4 months of cutting down the coffee grounds. i figured it out i went and bought bottles water. an it worked. a great cup of coffee. i never had this problem until this was installed.

when they hooked the system up they made a big mess soder every ware. then they told me to run water though all sinks to run old water out, after i did that i could not turn a frew of sinks an tub off. and i had to buy water heater .water pressher went down.

when the plumber came he said pipe were old but when he changed the tank he found soder cloged in the pipe and the water heater i had to take fawcets off and i found many beads of soder an bigger ones smashed behind gaskets, thats why they would shut off .the repair man that came told me theres no way iget clearer ice cubs unles i add a adjatater to ster up the molacuwes. .

then the next time he came he tested the water an said i need a bigger system. and it will not be any more cost to us . but its been a month scine he was here. and we still have this problem. when we do get a hold of them they put us on hold . an then come back an says no ones here to help you now. will get back with you. they have not called back. but we keep calling now no one answers CALL
