At First we ordered Clay roofing tiles from this company, we ordered back in October 2008 for a March Delivery. The owner Dan Arguelles stated he would need an extra 3 months to obtain the material and then tried to pawn off a different color to us because he never even ordered our material. We refused to accept the different color and he then finally got us the material in June , 2009 over 3 months later. He delayed our job substantially.

We then ordered material for the driveway as we wanted to match the roof with his clay bricks, gave the man a $3,000 deposit and he simply stated he can not get the material, refuses to give back our deposit claiming he does not have $3,000.00 and dodges all forms of communication or a re payment plan. Instead each month i call to obtain our funds he says that when he receives the material that we ordered that he will try to sell it and get our funds back.  I would never do business with this company again and strongly urge anyone who is thinking of doing business with ARTEZANOS INC., to BEWARE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT, DELAY YOUR JOB AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE MATERIAL YOU WANTED!!!!!!! TOM Z.

TOM ZAZARINO "BRICKS"

AUTHOR: Daniel Arguelles - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 14, 2012

Tom Zazarino purchased bricks through a local paver contractor to complete his new driveway. Our sales-staff did recieve an order from the paver contractor with a signed contract stipulating language in reference to "Acts of God".

Tom accepted credit against a larger roof tile order for the bricks paid by the paver contractor for more Artezanos Worldclass barrel roof tile on another home and paid the contractor back his deposit money. To date there exists no problem with this client. My pride was too great earlier to respond to this report because I believe them to be abusive and absurd. Tom did not read the fine print like others that a report  is permanent and may cause permanent damage to ones reputation even if they decide to retract. I understand sometimes people will go out of bounds to make their point and get attention if they feel they arent getting it from the company. In this case Mr. Zazrino was taken care of years ago,I just never updated it.
