 I paid Arthur Air for a maintenance program for 3 years which they never came out to do regular maintenance. Once I did  have a problem they came out and caused more problems to the unit then was in place prior to them showing up.

I had my house built 5 years ago and have never had a power issue with the A/C  System until the Arthur Air tech worked on the unit. Arthur Airs tech was here and removed the system cabinet door which caused the system to not work at all.
Once I called to report the problem the tech came back to fix the problem but and once again the system has no power at all. Mean while we have not had A/C for 6 days now. When my wife called she talked to Jack who said he was sorry he had not called because he had chest pains this week and was not current on work affairs. It happens and we understand. My wife asked when someone would come out to take care of the problem and jack told me the part would cost $1100 and Arthur Air would not give any guarantee it would fix the problem or any idea if it would even make any difference but did want payment
up front. Red Flag.

I called tonight to talk to Jack who answered the phone for Arthur Air to tell him there was no power to the system once again. He told me it was not Arthur Airs problem and that Arthur Air had nothing to do with the A/C Issue. I think it is amazing that someone who has never seen my A/C System nor who has ever even seen my house could come to such a conclusion even after they are the company that caused the problem.

I have two young children here and there is no circulation and power at all to the system there tech worked on. I asked Jack again to send someone out here to fix the problem in regards to no power to the system.  Jack then told me Arthur Air would not take care of the problem and told me the conversation was over and hung up on me.
