Arthur Anthony Blain IV MD I'm not a lawyer but this doctor ignored my symptoms and the atrophy and reported false and/ or inaccurate findings in his exam notes and I can prove it using his own reports. Failed to notice my left calf is 1.75" inches smaller than the right due to severe atrophy. Promised me if I got recommended by actual practicing surgeons I'd "be sorry". Is this Negligence? Malicious Malpractice? Or do I have to experience more pain and muscle wasting to prove "damages" completely Unprofessional SAN DIEGO California
