"Mr. Cappilla would constantly take phone calls during my sessions, discuss other client's information, in front of me, while on the phone during my session and is more interested in discussing his day. He regularly would waste time discussing his own problems and I often found him very arrogant and opinionated to the point of being judgmental. He also made a very racial remark in front of me regarding Mexicans. In my opinion he is unethical."
