Met Art via ad in local paper. Was looking for investors to loan money for flipping and buying real estate residential property. Promised high percent return and secured Deed of Trust and promissory note.
After a few years, the payments were late in coming and have now stopped altogether. Was checking up on the properties as I thought to default. Turns out that the Deeds of Trust were all totally falsified and never recorded. He falsified the County Recorder official stamp to make it look official but all the information was incorrect. None of the 6 properties were registered to me and never were. Also the name of the company is not registered in AZ (Brooklyn Boys). He has promised the same property to several lenders.
In addition, several of his checks have bounced and he has stopped payment on them several times. According to our agreement a monthly check is to be paid out.
However, WebuyhomesinAZ is registered and is still doing business in AZ. Several of his lenders have defaulted and have managed to receive their properties.
He is also in the business of loan modification.

I've done business with Art for 6 and 1/2 years now and he has always been a straight shooter and given his shirt off his back to almost anyone and everyone especially to his lenders and employees.
Yes, the real estate market has hit everyone and he hasn't run away like others did. I was also contacted by one of his lenders, Mr T. B. bad mouthing him and by the way, this lender has nothing to lose, and I didn't fall for it like some of you... I can almost guarantee you that by these posts either you have nothing to lose either or you've just gotten bad advice from someone who has nothing to lose. Because if you do have something to lose you would never post like this. I know that he's working things out and will make things right, only if he will be allowed... and he does need the time since the market and the economy is not working for anyone else either. I'm not sure but you probably are the same people who raided his personal office and made copies of files while he was in the emergency room.
This will not do any good for anyone.
