We contracted with Articulate Interpreters to provide legal interpreting services at a lawyers' office in 2015.  We billed Articulate but to date, we have been unpaid, in spite of repeated attempts to collect.  We have called and spoke with Barbara Siskin (which may simply be an alias used by the owner).  We have sent the letters.  There is usually some excuse why it has not been paid. 

We have since learned that many others have had the same experience with this company.

As of the current date, it appears their corporation is expired and the owner, Wendy Shugar has moved to a new address.  Public records indicate this address as shown in this complaint, though they might still be doing business at the Platt Avenue address. 

We are interested in communicating with any others who might wish to look into either a class action or filing small claims and scheduling hearings at the same time.
