Artisan Results Corp. Josh Daily Does not back up his work!!!! Beware!!!! Internet

Josh and his crew did a lot of work on the exterior of our house last summer (2014).  It was finished at the end of the summer.  Everything looked great and we were happy with the work.  His crew was very friendly and we were very happy with their craftsmanship.  However, I noticed we were getting several bugs in our bathroom that normally we would never see.  We had a new skyight put in and it even seemed as if we could hear outside more clearly than normal.  We figured perhaps something wasn't right but as it became colder we didn't notice any more bugs. 

 The following spring arrived and our bathroom was inundated with beetles.  I don't mean just a few, I mean about 30+ bettles everyday.  They were in the shower with me, on our bathroom counter and even sitting right on my toothbrush!  Our nightly routine was killing all the beetles and closing our bathroom door hoping none would get through while we were sleeping. 

 My husband called Josh several time, I e mailed Josh with a very discriptive visual on what we are living with and followed up with additional e mails and he has not come out to fix our problem.  He has not returned our calls.  He did respond to one e mail stating he would be out when the rain stops but that was well over a month ago and we still have not heard back from him.  I had asked if we could set up a date and time but he did not respond.

 I am very frustrated.  Chances are, it is just the flashing that needs to be redone around the skylight but at what point do you just say forget it and hire someone else to fix the work?

 I do not recommend this company.  Poor follow up.  Does not stand behind his work.  Very disappointed.
