I ordered 1 box of personal check on 9/23/10. Per Artistic Checks website, they were shipped out on 9/27/10.  8 days later on 10/5/10, no checks. I sent their customer service an email inquiring about the status and/or location of my checks. I gave it 24 hrs. and received no response. 

On 10/6/10,  I called their customer service and was on hold for over 20 min. I finally hung up in disgust and sent a 2nd email to their customer service department, I waited another 24 hours for response. So far, no response at all. This makes 3 attempts to obtain status of my shipment.



On 10/7/10 I sent yet another email and waited a few hours with no response. I finally called their customer service dept. and asked to speak to a supervisor, which I did.  I was told that based on what I selected for my shipment method (standard USPS $3.00) it could take up to 4 weeks to receive my order.  So let me get this straight, my shipment may float out in the postal service for up to a month?  The Customer service person (Lakisha) advised that she can send me some temporary checks which I should have in a couple days.  My thought was, why couldn't Artistic Checks do that in the 1st place. 



This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with in business practice and customer service.

Always had good service

 I order from Artistic 2-3 times a year. Never had a rude comment or anything besides nice CS folks help me.And sadly is today's world, 20 minutes on hold is not that far out of line, tho I hate it also.

 But to be fair....you decided to use the USPS shipping method and the website warned you it can take weeks and weeks. Delivery speed of the USPS is not really the matter for Artistic. Now I also have done that and received one box in days and the other box sent at the same time 3 weeks later. So your real rant should go to USPS
