Jenifer has fake reviews and fake testimonial pictures of bald tattoos as hair replacement. Jenifer is 100% unprofessional and combative, complaining about her finances during the entire procedure. Jenifer is from South Africa and unfortunately she made several offensive remarks against the natives of South Africa. Jenifer over stated her skills and experience, saying I would need two visits then once I was committed, she said I would need five to six visits. When I questioned her, she blamed my DNA. Permanent make up and "hair replacement”Tiny "Black” dots are tattooed on bald heads to look like a shaved head instead of a bald head. Due to unreliable results, professional permanent makeup artists refuse to tattoo scalps. Unfortunately, 98% of her customers hair replacement dots turn blue and swell to three times the original size causing disfigurement . Jenifer has fake reviews and fake testimonial pictures of bald tattoos as hair replacement. Jenifer is 100% unprofessional and combative, complaining about her finances during the entire procedure. Jenifer is from South Africa and unfortunately she made several offensive remarks against the natives of South Africa.
