I ordered 1 bottle shampoo and 1 bottle conditioner - On march 25th through walmart.com. I had to contact the company through the third party seller - just to get my purchase shipped out, or so I thought. ArtNaturals (Virgin Scent INC out of Gardena CA) provided me with a DHL tracking number - to a package that does not exist.

I have tried numerous times to contact them through the third party retailer, email, phone and Facebook. I am either met with silence or chat-bot replies. They have done this same thing to hundreds of people so far. They are blaming the covid crisis but many people never receive anything they ordered and no one has received a refund of the money they've paid either.
