Ray Askari Dbs Arya Auto ripoff Was hit by a truck while working at Arya Auto and pinned and got fractured pelvic Escondido California

While working at Arya Auto I got hit by a truck and pinned between the front of truck and work bench inside the shop.Come to find out Arya Auto has no insurance at all.This gets better,after truck hits me another worker see me pinned and runs to the truck and backs it up freeing me.Im yelling by this time the owner comes running out and he catches me for I coulnt stand or walk at all.I yell out call 911 call 911 it hurts real bad.The owner says to me now take it easy you maybe ok.I say call 911.He refused to call 911.Others in the area hear this yelling and run over to see whats going on by this time im sitting down with help of others.But in much pain.After about 20 minutes the shock was over and I was calmer.I could tell something was very much wrong with me.I called a friend of mine to come pick me up.And take me home by this time I was tired as hell,I had to be carried to the car.Once home a friend got a wheel chair and helped get me into the house.Once home I got two big ice bags,got help to get me in bed and put the ice bags one on each side of my waste.The following day I had got to hospital after xrays and catscan I find out a have fractured pelvic and was released.So I call my work and tell him whats up.He says dont worry he will help me out with money and such.Now the hospital bill is 5,000 dollars.from Dec to May I got a total of 200 dollars from him this is not going far.Nor will it pay the doctors.Tried to get SSA Food stamps with no luck as of yet.I ask that people do not use his services.Of better yet after 5 months I went down to see RAY at ARYA Auto and he wanted to run the shop for him this was the way he is going to help me with money I guess.
