ASA Legal Services (So they say) Threatening phones calls if I dont pay a debt have a warrant out for my arrest Los Anegeles, California

On Monday march 19 I received a phone call on my cell from a 707-508-4207 number, I let it go to voicemail because I didnt recognize the number.  When I heard the message it was heard to understand as the person seem like they barely speak English.  When I got home the same message so I decided to call since I understood its very important and to dont ignore.  When I called Mr. Kevin Johnson picked up the phone asked me who called I said I dont know was hard to understand him so he asked my name and I told him he goes okay you need to let me speak. 

I said I need to know what this is about he goes you have been doing fraud in which you took money out from one of those payday loans and refuse to pay and you have blocked your account. I said what company you need to tell me and he said he couldnt and that to let him speak and he was going to read something to me.  He then said my last four digits to my social and said that I was caught with fraud and they were going to arrest me.  I felt I was living a nightmare.  I was so scared I was on the verge of tears. 

I told him I wanted to pay this even though I had no clue what he was talking about, but I was afraid he said they were coming to my job with handcuffs.  So, he goes well I see you have a good record let me see if they want to accept $455 or go to court you will need your attorney and it will be $3400.  So he puts me on hold. Then comes back well they would much rather get the $3400 but will accept the $455 I said ok how do I pay this credit card,or check he goes oh no listen to me.  Mr. Kevin Johnson was very rude and didnt let me speak it was all about listening to him. 

He goes I am going to tell you what to do. He wouldnt release any information either to me to tell me from who the debt is for.  So, he knew I wanted to pay the debt so he goes this is what you will do, he asked me if I had a Pathmark or Stop and Shop close by that he would stay on the phone and I said yes, I have one but I am not driving and talking on the cell.  So he goes alright I will call you in 10 minutes, or you call me on my direct line he gave me the telephone number 213261-6450.

So, I asked him oh you want me to send western union he said no.  I want you to get a powered prepaid card and then I will tell you what else to do.  He goes you pay with the prepaid card so we can trace who has been using your identity we can track them like that and we find who it is within 24 to 26 hours and give you back your money.  So, when Mr. Johnson mentioned that it didnt sound right to me so I went to my Local Police Depart in Lodi,NJ to file a complaint.  Mr. Johnson was very upset that I informed the police exactly what he told me and stated I do not want to talk to you anymore, I will call your job. 

Of course they are still calling me and the person who calls and leaves you a message is a Mr. Mike Davis with a very heavy accent.  I dont know if these two people are the same or different.  This is very bothersome and scary.  Every time my phone rings I am paranoid and I get very nervous.  These people have my information and I am afraid of what is to come about in this.
