asap towing illegally towed my cars. city of industry California

they towed my car without proper authorization and when i asked for pictures of vehicle they said didnt having parking permit in window but it did. and i was intitled to photo showing my vehicle without permit and when i pic up vehicle my parking pass was missing . they said there was a seperate security company but my hoa president says he dont know of the security company. on my first tow they still did not provide me with photoof my car but that time when i got car back my pass was on floor. they charged me $710 to get my cars out. i want my money back plus the aount to get new pass $300 and cost of repairing my back window $100. they have been in trouble with the law before.PO
