This company cond me into ordering a free bottle of their product and then telling me I had to pay shipping costs only, now tell me is that considered FREE? Then to top it off they keep sending the product that I do not use or need and taking money out of my account without permission and refusing to refund that money.

This is something that needs to be put out so that people are made aware of what this company has done to others and so they do not go through the same situation. I like several other people do not have that kind of money to spend on unwanted items and especially without my permission. I like several others would like something done about this.
