I first ordered this Blood Sugar Stabilizer a month ago and looking over their web site over the past 4 weeks they havedropped their prices twice, the first week of July wa dropped to $45.95. Last week i placed a '30 Day Auto-Ship' for 1, 60 count bottle and never got a a shipping date email nor a tracking link But an online receipt and to my surprise the botte of Blood Sugar Stabilizer showed up yesterday. I paid a reduced cost of $55.00 as the price had jumped in one week. I asn't concerned then as $55.00 is still better than the original $69.95 I paid a month ago but did call them to check on my auto-ship set up for 3SEPT.

Alissa answered the phone telling me 'we don't have 30 day auto-ship on single bottles of Blood Sugar Stabilizer". I Told her its even printed on the receipt..'shipping...interval...frequency 30days". And I asked her if I could speak wih a supervisor She came back to the phone to tell me I would have to fax the reciept as proof. I told her i would scan it in and send it to their customer srvice guy Justin of whom I 've spoken wih about my last order 4 werks ago. Alissa tried telling me 'ordering dept dons't take scanned receipts'. I Told her "Ordering took my 2 orders in 4 werks by internet and they will take a scanned receipt" She siad 'OK, send the scanned receipt with Justin name on he email; ATTN TO: Justin.

My problem wiyh these folks isn't their product Blood Sugar Stabilizer bcause it Wortks and it Works Great for me. My ptroblem is I don't want to even begin to find....Or try to find a sugar stabilizer With the ingrediatnts in this one, It would be very hard to do. My complanit is the mgmt. which has taken this web site over are some crooked people who by chicanery are out to attempt to fleece the public. I feel this is turning out to be a 'Bait and Switch" to drum up a customer base at an advertised price, The, Up the price so we would be succered into paying at what ever Higher cost they want.Thus, the consumer won't know the cost until next month's credit card bill///bank statement comes out. Whats more, its people like me..'Who have a blood sugar problem and OR Diabetese problem who really need good report with the mgmt. of this Ascend Nutritionals."
