I was an investor through Leland Energy and was told that with my $10,000 investment I could see a monthly return between $200-500. Since September 2013, I am lucky if I have seen a total of $200. A few months ago I was contacted by a spokesperson from Ascension Energy, and they realized they didn't profit as they thought they would with the oil and would offer me the mineral rights if I would contribute an additional $10,000 and they would transfer those to mineral rights. I just wanted my investment of $10,000 returned, and but that wasn't an option. I did expect to see what I was told, and that was between $200-500 a month. I am 3 years away from retirement, and this was a big deal for me to invest $10,000 in this company at this time.

Again, I agree with the posting....this is a RIPOFF!

Dear potential investor,

I have no idea who you are or what you are trying to accomplish, but my companies activities have absolutely nothing to do with the man you mention or the other companies listed on this complaint.

There are some employees (good people) that used to work at a couple of these companies that applied and I hired them.

My company also does "disbursement management" where we receive funds and distribute 100% of those funds to other investors and some of the programs we distribute for are under the control of a couple of those companies and maybe that is why there is a connection, but that is it.  

It seems like this complaint is written by a competitor or some type of person that has a personal vendetta.  You can scour the internet all you want and no one will find even ONE negative remark about me or my company.  No investor with my company has filed ANY complaints and my programs are structured COMPLETELY differently than these companies you list.  I looked up all of the issues these other companies have and the majority of them have to do with SECURITIES issues.  My company has programs filed with the SEC and registered in the states we do business in and my PROJECTIONS are completely 100% accurate to the area that we drill in.  

This company is filled with wonderful employees that service our clients impeccably and we have excellent client relations and extremely knowledgeable folks in management.

Whoever wrote this, if you are a real person should email me directly and be professional enough to follow up so you can see that you have posted something that is a complete lie and only hurts good people.  This post makes no sense whatsoever and I am completely in shock about how someone who was a potential investor could write such a damaging false report without even contacting my company and asking questions or speaking to other Partners first.  Shame on you and I demand that this report be taken down or someone connect me to the person that wrote this falsity so that I can have them remove this or I will press charges.
