  Antoine Chmouni whom uses the company name of Aschmoun UK Limited outside of Russia and Petrogas Energy, LLC within Russia is betraying the principles of business.  To many levels this gentleman and his companies are and have affected the loss of jobs, driving individuals homeless, taking monies without repaying, among many other rituals which destroy the trust and possibility of succeeding within todays very tough international business communities.

  Aschmoun UK Limited has been able to lobby individuals and corporations which are in need of highly refined fuel products. These efforts have been successful based on the fact that he uses organizational names like Gazprom, Rosneft, Luke and more but also to include major banks such as Sviaz, Sberbank; stating that these organizations are effectively supplying his company allocations of products to deliver on a multi (hundreds) million dollar / billion dollar scale.  In fact; he has no proof of history to close any transaction, nor has he or his company ever produced any relevant documents directly from these sources in which he is so heavily backed.  Furthermore, Mr. Chmouni and his organization claim to have government backing by the Russian Federation and as he explains "to levels most would not understand".

  It is our wish for you to read this and properly prepare yourself if thinking to engage with this organization.  They have been trying to close a deal for many many years, obtain finance for over 8 years but have not succeded in any realm.  This is our effort to make you aware of whom could be lobbying you for the very same hard work and monies which have been so vigorously stripped from many others.  With the size of capital that this organization is claiming to generate, many lives hang in the balance, not saying a word and hoping for a swift and positive resolve.  We have waited closer to a decade hoping for the same but nothing has ever transpired.
