Asendia Sin Derma Viva I saw an advertisement for Derma Viva Anti-wrinkle cream and radiant bloom ageless eye cream costung approx. 10 euros plus a magazine for 19.97. I got the creams but not the magazine.

They then took E84.88, 85.04 and 19.97, which the bank managed to get back. Then they took 89.95. I unfortunately had given them my Visa Debit details when I agreed to the special offer of the skin creams which I received. I did not receive the magazine. Now I have received another radiant Blood. Eye cream that I didn't order and don't want.

My bank told me to send back any products I receive now, but the problem is there doesn't seem to be a proper return address. It says on the envelope 'Priority Swiss Post and if undelivered please return to Asendia Sin 004008P. At the other side it says return to Fulfilment House, P.O. Box 4008. Is this even a proper return address? Can anyone help with this address. My other problem is my local Post Office said they cannot send liquid s or creams by post and I should return it by Courier. Won't that cost a fortune?
