ASF World Gym They Are A Fraud Highland, IN

 Last year, I started 2 World Gym memberships , one for me and one for my mom. We went on June 7, 2015 to do the paperwork. Nick Kutschke was person attending us. He stated that it will be a $50 deposit for each membership, $100 in total. , he also STATED that the payments will be charged on the CARD NOT THE BANK ACC. Ok, cool it everything went fine, that same week we went twice a day. In Nov. 2015, everything started to changed, they put my BANK ACC in OVERDRAFT -$130, I went to gym personally to see what was going on, the lady gave me the number to call.

I called ASF, they put me on hold for 20 mins and they hung up. I called again never got through, a few days go by I called again and explained to them what was going on, they said they couldn't draft BOTH payments on Nov. 7, 2015 and took out $31.91 then $25.00 for one memberships and took out another $31.91 then another $25.00 on Nov. 14, 2015 they put my BANK ACC in OVERDRAFT. The payments were supose to billed on my card. How they did get my BANK ACc info, I never told them nor they did ask. They draft the payments out on different dates, on the 7th, on the 13th and every time they do, they draft the payments when my BANK ACC is low on funds which puts my BANK ACC in OVERDRAFT. This is fraud because NOT ONCE they ask me to give my BANK ACC info, Nick stated that each payment will be drafted on my card, never on my BANK ACC. As of now, my bank acc is in overdraft.
