THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. THEY BUY EXCESS OF MERCHANDISE OR DEFECTIVE FROM THE BRANDS, IN MY CASE TISSOT, AND THEN RESELL WITH A REMARKABLE DISCOUNT. THE PROBLEM WILL BE IF THE WATCH WON T WORK. THEN YOU HAVE NO WARRANTY FROM MANUFACTURER, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR ANYONE. MEANS, TISSOT SAYS THEY DO NOT AUTHORIZE THIS PEOPLE TO SELL THEREFORE YOUR WATCH HAS ALMOST NO WARRANTY.
ANYWAYS I SENT IT TO ASHFORD FOR REPAIR A MONTH AGO, THEY DID NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING TO THEM, THEY DID NOT REPAIR WHATSOEVER MY WATCH AND THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LEAST TO CALL.
BELIEVE ME, SPEND SOME MORE, BUT PURCHASE FROM AUTHORIZED DEALER. DO NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM. BELIEVE ME.

Ashford is a well respected and reliable wholesaler of many luxury watch brands. We are Better Business Bureau accredited and offer 100% brand new and authentic pieces. We do not deal in defective or refurbished watches. While it is true that we are wholesalers, and not authorized dealers of most of the brands we sell, each and every watch we sell comes with a 2 year warranty through our company.
Ashford has a full staff of friendly and knowledgable customer service representatives available to assist our customers with their concerns. As we note on our website, our hours of operation are 9AM-6PM Eastern Time Monday through Thursday, and 9AM - 1PM on Friday. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays. There are a variety of ways to contact customer service, including toll free phone, LiveChat and email. We take our customer's concerns very seriously, as can be attested to by our top rating with the Better Business Bureau.
While we are very sorry to hear that your watch is not functioning properly after the attempted repair, we will be more than happy to assist you in having the watch returned to us for service under warranty. Please call one of our agents at 866-ASHFORD (274-3673) and provide us with the repair authorization number previously set up. We will be happy to provide you with a shipping label for your repair.
