Beware of Ahsley Dawn Mortenson. She is a traveling tenant that lies about here stays. She is in a play called wicked in which they travel for work. She seems to be nice and sweet over the phone, but she rented a house from me and it the outcome was far from that.
First of all she lied about the amount of peopel that were staying in my property. She had a total of 8 guest when there was only suppose to be a total of 6. She then had a dog which also was not okay. When I asked about her dog she said it was potty trained. This dog was far from potty trained. The dog she had chewed my blinds, furniture, there were urine stains all througout my house and I have photos to prove the condition she left my house in. On top of that , she left used sex toys througout my house!
This place was a disaster! When I confronted her about the condition of the proerpty, she denied every little ounce of it. if you are a landlord or property owner, do not rent to ASHLEY DAWN MORTENSON! NIGHTMARE TENANT!!!!
