Ashley Furniture Industries - Kingswere Furniture Furniture no good and no help from their customer service or the store where furniture was purchased ripoff Altamonte Springs Florida

Purchased a three piece leather furniture set from Ashley Furniture HomeStore located in Altamonte Springs, Fl., on May 27th, 2007. A week after the furniture was delieved I noticed that the loveseat was coming apart in the middle. I called and reported this and they sent a repairman out He worked on the loveseat and took pictures and told me customer service would be getting in contact with me.

Customer service never called, I had to call them back and they told me that there was no problem and that is the way it was suppose to look. I told them that was not the way it looked like in the store. They sent another repairman out, by that time the reliner that I had purchased was squeaking and the handle was no working. The second repairman told me that you had to bear down with your feet on the recliner as you bring up the handle. He then put something on the back of the recliner and it stop squeaking. He did not one thing to the loveseat.

I have tried to contact the manager of the store and was told that I had to contact customer service. You call customer service and they tell you that you have to contact the store where the furniture was purchased. This has been going on for two months now. The furniture is falling apart and I cannot get any response from customer service or the manager of the store.

I spent 2100.00 for this and I want my money back. The furniture is junk and poorly made. The recliner is squeaking again, the space in the loveseat is still there and now when you set down on the sofa your hands can go thru the space between the cushions.
