I entered into a contract with Ashley Holliday for the installment sale of one of my horses. Ashley agreed to make payments each month until the horse was fully paid off. Until the horse was paid for in full, I retained legal ownership of the horse. Ashley made several excuses as to why she was not able to make the agreed upon payments on time. I eventually sued Ashley Holliday for the amount owed and did win my civil case - it was a long process as during that time Ashley moved to three different states and we had a hard time tracking her down/getting her served. My attorney tried to work out a new payment plan with Ashley Holliday, however she refused to cooperate. We then discovered she sold MY horse for a large sum of money, without my consent, and kept the money for herself. She then filed bankruptcy and is having her debt to me discharged.

This is a very dangerous individual. She accused my partner of sexual harassment when he reported her for deriliction of duty. When we got video of her actually stalking him on many occasions we were granted a restraining order causing her to injure herself the day before the order took effect therefore enabling her to cease working before a ruling would have been assessed.one year later she was hired back by boyd gaming and proceeded to harass and stalk me this time.As our funds were tapped out by the first round of dealing with this psycho I was unable to attain consul and was subjected to constant harassment through her " friend” The chief steward and her mommy who assisted in stalking me with her phone , while watching my horse race. I was called to office as I walked back with the gate crew after the race. I guess that’s not permitted but for the previous 10 years was allowed. Since her original employment as part time entry clerk , she is now DIRECTOR of RACING (amazing promotional success story) and has used her "power” to have many people declared "undesirable " therefore restricting access to work and the right to make a living . Beware of this dangerous individual
