Ashley Pointe Mobile Home Park dba SSK, Communities 21st Mortgage Company, Tammy Clark, Stephanie Mapp The former manager a convicted felon stole my down payment on mobile home that was suppose to be for a home for my daughter and I that are disabled. This ordeal has been going on since July 9, 2014. I was told our home would be ready in two weeks we were placed in a rental home we are still living there because it's not ready to live in.  I filed an application in good faith with the former manager Tammy Clark, at Ashley Pointe Mobile Home Park on July 6, 2014. I received message letting me know I was approved for what I thought would be a simple home loan on July 9,2014. I was given the keys to a rental home until my home was ready she said it would only be two weeks and that's what their company did for approved homeowners. I put almost everything in storage so we didn't have to move everything twice. My home still isn't ready almost been a year and now a third manager works at the office and is threatening me that I am being evicted and has came over here turned my water off. My daughter and I have multiple disabilities and can't believe we are going this we need help.
