Ashpink Ashpink Hosting Ashpink, Hosting, Downtime, no communication Internet

I began hosting several sites on Ashpink about 4 months ago. Until this point I'd had no problem with them. They were a little slow to reply to messages, but as it's a one person operation I don't hold that against them.

Then 6 days ago I found that I couldn't access my sites, my FTP, or the Ashpink homepage. It wasn't until the next day that the Ashpink twitter page (@APHosting) was updated. Not that it had any real answers, just saying they didn't realize until then the servers were down and they'd fix it ASAP. That was the last communication anyone that I know of had with her. Everything is still down, in spite of obvious attempts via twitter to contact her.

I would advise anyone who was looking at Ashpink as a potential host to stay away, this lack of communication for her paying clients is despicable. The very least she could do is update the official twitter account with any information surrounding the downtime instead of keeping us in the dark.
