Mr. Ken Gouchie President at Ashton & Weinberg also owner 49% owner of the company!

Providence, Rhode Island Area Financial Services Uses his resources to gain access to personal information on his ex wife's new fianc to harass them. It all began with harassment on his ex wife, fianc made call to him to asked him to stop the harassment calls, email and texts. While out of state when the call was made to Mr. Gouchie a letter was sent to his ex wife's new fianc stating " your letter has been received and reviewed by this office" a letter was never sent just one phone call !! "Mr. Gouchie is an employee of this corporation" they didn't mention he is part owner 49%, "and therefore is not the owner. The purported fact of your complaint have been investigated and deemed unfounded" the call was not for a complaint it was to advice him to stop the harassment calls, email and text. " Any further groundless or frivolous complaint published by you will be pursued in court through a civil action filed against you personally, seeking and punitive damages"

" This company has no interest whatsoever in your personal business and attacks. Do not contact this business again . I am confident that your employer would not appreciate your wasting their time pursuing this ridiculous grudge" this las statement is a threat stating basically we know where you work and we will call them. All the phone call was to tell him to stop harassing his ex wife, Ken knows tons of personal information ran his ex wife new fianc credit report with out any consent. This company needs to be put to rest, when you have a owner using there business for personal purpose as interment ,extortion,threatening, harassment, and control. By the way phone call was recorded in both ends not threatening was ever mention and I will find a way to post the actual letter and the phone call recording.
