Ashwani Sethi - Forex Training Fraud - Brapton - Springdale Area Brampton Ontario

This is to bring to your attention of a fraud going on in Brampton - Springdale Area.

I, Rajneesh enrolled for a FOREX Training on Jan11, 2007 offered by Mr. Ashwani Sethi via advt. in a local newspaper conducted at his residence located on 19 Whitford Ct., Brampton, Ontario, L6R 2S2, Ph: 905-654 2030

As per the advt. Mr. Sethi admitted that his prediction about the future FOREX market price is 95% accurate and he can teach on how to make $9500 after investing $1000 in one month using Elliott Wave Principles and he own invented strategies. After meeting Mr. Sethi on Jan 11, 2007 at his residence he confirmed that he has a experience of 25yrs in FOREX Trading and holds Masters in Elliott Wave Principles and has invented his own FOREX strategy that he will teach in combination with Elliott Wave Principles to make $9500 in one month. He also claimed that he has written numerous books on FOREX Trading and is a very sucessful trader.

He offered me the training at a price of $3000 and as a part of the training he promised to provide complete training/reference manuals of his FOREX stragegies which he claimed if followed step-by-step will attain the promising results (as he has listed in the advt.). He also admitted that his institute is affiliated to Ontario Board of Education and is fully authorised by the Gov. of Canada to provide such type of financial trainings.

I paid Mr. Sethi a total sum of $3000 at his residence, ( $200 in cash on Jan 11, 2007 and $2800 via cheque on Jan 11, 2007). After the money was paid in full to Mr. Sethi he was unable to provide receipt of the fees, neither any reference study material and can neither show his credentials/affiliation related to FOREX Trading.

His prediction of future price targets proved to be a complete lies and baseless in addition he was not even able to achieve a 50% of profit of what he claimed. He is a very novie teacher and not even able to answer simple basic questions related to FOREX.

On communicating the same with other fellow students he proved to be similar to all of them and neither of them can explain his theories of FOREX Market and they tend to loose money everyday. As per his admittance, I requested him to show me his credentials of education in FOREX Trading and affiliation of his institute to Ontario Board of Education but he could not produce either of them.

On top of that he is providing training on a un-licensed microsoft software. On demanding my fees refund he in-turn pressed tresspassing charges for coming to his residence for training.

He is commiting not only frauds but also mis-directing Canadian Community which can result in a huge financial loss to the community here in Brampton-Springdate Ariao.

As I am already trapped in his frauds & lies and seeking a help from civil court for my refund but I hope you will take some action against Mr. Sethi and will bring the awareness in the community so that they can be saved from any financial loss.
