Ashworth College Enrolled online but could not get into program internet

I enrolled online on a Sunday but was unable to even log into the school. I called on Monday and was given a completely different log in information. After trying to find the program

I once again had to call to find out where the program was and still could not access this information. I waited another few days for the books to arrive and called again and was told to wait a few more days.

After waiting 9 days and no books I called to cancel my registration and was told I still owed $215.00 and when asked why was told I had to be transfered to someone else who told me for my books and administration fees.

What did they do Nothing.
