This school is a complete rip off. I was beaten out of money for twice in a row. I should have never enrolled when I first read about the school in the rip off reports, but I gave them a chance. I enrolled in the graphic design career program. They sent me paper thin books. In disappointment I cancelled and they charged me over $300 for cancelling a program without even learning anything or really getting into the course.

I was advised to start a general business course. I cancelled the same day in January. I was refunded the down payment. I called in June with the interest of enrolling in a bachelors degree program (after completing a cooking diploma for fun). I was told to pay $25 dollars to reinstate, but reinstate in what? The enrollment agreement was cancelled for the general business I was trying to do E-business. After almost a week of getting the run around and not being allowed to enroll in the E-business program that I initially wanted to enroll in I was told by a male representative that you have to make a decision today: either you're going to do the associates program or you cancel. I was fire angry and I was forced to cancel. Then they turned around and charged me a total of $307 in cancellation fees.

I really want to be in school so after paying I called so they can put me in the E-business program. They gave me a new student ID number and charged me a $30 enrollment fee. Later on I found out that they were not supposed to issue me a new ID number. So they merge the accounts and credited the $307 towards my tuition, but messed up my enrollment agreement. They electronically signed it stating that I would pay them $1,016.67 a month in the enrollment agreement. My student account had a freeze where I couldn't start my course inside of the portal. Out of frustration and after speaking to their unprofessional student services I just cancelled out of E-business. I never got started on a degree. It's like they want your money, but they don't want you to get an education. I also have a disability and feel that it have been violated. I tried to file my disability papers with the school and got an unprofessional response back.

The school owes me back that $307 dollars in cancellation money because I did not owe it to them.

Then to be cruel, the supervisor put my account on hold (what account? Didn't I just cancel) so that I couldn't register for anything since I cancelled my account since they messed up my E-business account.

I have lost sleep over this. I has caused me stress and tears. It has caused me anger. They owe me my money back.

They cheated me out of money with no degree. I never started an undergraduate program with them.
