Came across Asia Tool Works on Alibaba.com. Did a quick search for scams and reviews for them and nothing showed up
After emails backwards and forwards with a Heri Jaelani a salesman, I was issued an invoice which looked legitimate.
Paid in full for the product and was eventually given a shipping tracking number from Paket-Express. The tracking number worked in their system for about a week then showed up as not valid. Emails and phone calls to them went unanswered.
Asia Tool Works were impossible to contact by phone and any emails with Heri Jaelani were totally unhelpfu.
It is now 6 weeks since placing my order and I have not received my product and realize I never will. I had been scammed.
I have lodged a dispute with Alibaba.com but they can’t do anything as apparently Asia Tool Works has been delisted from their site. However I found the ad for the Nailguns is still up on Alibaba.com so beware and have nothing to do with Asia Tool Works.
