BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! This company is nothing but a scam and fraud. I just got back from China. I went there to meet a lady that I had been chatting with for almost a year. Once I got there. I tried to access the website to contact the lady and was unable to do so. Because the Chinese Government had censored this site and many others. I spent a considerable amount of money, writing letters and chatting with this lady. We had planned on spending about 5 weeks together in her country. It took me a few days to change my plans and to find out why the website was not available. I contacted customer support at Anastasiadate.com. (which is a sister site to Asiandate.com) To find out what the problem was and to see if there was a solution. They informed me that their site was among many that the Chinese Government had censored and was not available.
After telling them the situation: That i was in China and had made plans to meet a lady and needed help to solve the problem. They told me that there was nothing they could do. I asked for a complete refund of all monies spent and also asked why I was not notified of the Chinese Government's decision to censor this site. I was told that this was not their problem. After much discussion the customer service person: Instead of helping solve the problem removed my access to the site. In doing so I was not refunded approximately $165.00.
They intentionally stole from me and many others I might add. I was not able to find out exactly when the Chinese Government censored this site. But the site made no effort to inform that there was a problem and continued to steal from the men that were using the site.
I have read many of the ripoff reports on this site. It is my conclusion: That this site is knowingly and intentionally committing fraud. They are run by the russian mafia out of Cyprus. Do not use these sites: Asiandate.com, Anastasiadate.com, Amolatina.com or any other site run by this company.
