My credit card has been sold and used by ask now. I have identity theft and my credit card was charged and used by oversea copanies and now I have thousands of dollars in debt.

As an employee of the company who deals with the fraud accusations. 99% of the fraud claims that come in are people who regret spending money on psychics. We only charge a credit card when someone else places that card in our system and uses it to connect to a psychic. We record all those calls. So if the offended party simply called customer service and presented their claim they would experience one of 2 outcomes. If this is actual fraud we would refund the money, if this is not fraud and they actually used the service, they would be reminded of that use. If further steps are taken we can present the bank of the individual the recordings of said calls as evidence that the purchase ocurred.
