My debit card was sold and used by Ask Now. I am a victim of identity theft and my debit card was charged and used. Ask Now uses your debit card fraudulently. Now, my debit card and private information are also beeing used fraudulently.
The charges on the debit card came under a different name such as Advisors on call 1. I had a few withdrawals and 2 of them were for about $2000 for the service that I never used. For some of the transactions, they are not telling the truth.
Their representatives stated that the transaction really occured, when it wasn't done by me or with my consent. They usually state that they can present, to the bank of the individual, the recording of the calls as evidence and falsified somehow the voice of the client.
This company has done a scam!
Do not give them your card number or private information!!!
