Ask Option has contacted me on 01/18/17 and is sending the total withdrawel amount.
I thank Ask Option for the professionalism and perhaps it took them longer because they were very busy with thousands of other customers.
My complaint is closed, no more problems, all is corrected now.

Ask Option Scam Update

In reguards to my earlier SCAM report I have used Ask Option chat to request a call back from anyone there and as usual the chat person someone will call you as soon as possible.
As usual no one ever calls me back. I have been asking for a call back for over 1 week now.

So today I called them on the phone at 646.757.1536 and asked to speak to the financial department and as always they once again said someone will call me right back and as usual they did not.

Before I ever rquested a withdrawel a broker would always call me pressuring me to deposit more money if i wanted any help from him, a so caled "managed account". However after I wanted to withdraw money they do not respond to any phone calls, chat, or emails.

In fact here is what the withdrawel form looks like, this is an exact copy and past from my account.

So, meaning about an hour after I submited the request, YES, a "request of my very own money" they changed it back to $0.00.

If you have an acount with Ask Option, (askoption.com) and have never tried to withdraw any money then I suggest you try too ASAP. If they give you a hard time and taking for ever then PLEASE start filing fraud reports to as many places as you can and DO NOT get succered into giving them any more money.
Remember if you wanto to trade binary options do not use Askoption.com. You have been warned.

My request before and after

I submited request to withdraw $11,727 and it was posted on their website under my acount on 01/16/17.
Then within 2 hours they removed it.
They did the same think when almost 2 weeks a go i requested only $5,000 that was deleted changed to $0.00 within a few days.
