I became member of asknow and used their services. They were happy as long as I placed positive feedback on their psychic. The next reading I had, the psychic told me something that did not fit my situation and I placed negative feedback and asked for credit. I emailed them multiple times and customer service never got back to me. I finally called them, to which the lady on phone was rude but still gave me only 10 minute credit and not the money back.
I was still happy but had warned them that if they do not repsond to my emails I would report to rip off. Now I had readings with that 10minute reading and placed good feedback on one psychic which they kept and the other two who again did not answer my question and were mostly guessing i placed negative feedback. Now after that they cancelled my account. Not only that they cancelled my account on 11 October and now I was surprised to find that they have deducted a payment of $47.35 from my credit card.
They are rude people who cannot take positive feedback. Now when I tried to contact them from my landline multiple times they do not even attend to it. So finally I am going to cancel my credit card and ask for another one. I paid high price for using their fraud services. Highly immoral people. Never trust them or their psychics. Bunch of imposters.

I agree that I got the money back but at what cost. I had to cancel my credit card and cancel all bills attached to it and am still waiting for hte new one. There is no automated reply set up by them. Oranum is so good that I always get immediate response from them and they are so friendly. When I first emailed about the reading I had and I was not happy, I was never responded to until I made a call to them. the lady on phone was rude. Then after unsatisfactory credit of minutes, I apologised and told that I do not intend to report to ripoff. HOwever, what I discovered is that they did cancel my account after that (I have a screenshot with date on it to prove that). Had the customer service been good, this would have never happened. They gave me so much stress and tension. I never filed report on ripoff when I was not happy with the psychic and their customer service and I decided to report only when they fradulently took $47 NZD from my account long after cancelling my account, so they are just trying to save their face by making false claims.

There is a lot left out of what actually happened. Jinga or Jaya as I know her, signed up for an account on September 4th. She enrolled in our monthly club membership on September 17th. Asknow has policies against people making threats in order to get refunds. We tried to explain the reason we didn't answer their email on in our off hours, is because there is no email support beyond the hours of Mon - Fri 8am EST - 4pm EST. She sent several emails in complaining about the service on October 8th starting at 1:30am to about 4:00am demanding a response or she would contact ripoff report. When I did finally arrive at work, I did reply to her email. She eventually did call customer service that same day and spoke to someone who responded to her complaint as indicated in our terms and conditions. Apparently my responses via email and her answer from Customer Service were not enough. The threats continued.
Back to the threats and the "closing of the account" I told her that if she continued to make threats, I would be forced to close the account. Then she sent complaints that I had closed the account and still charged her. This was not the case, She had initially signed up for a monthly club and only been served a warning, nothing was closed. When she expressed the confusion as to why she was billed, via email in off hours again over last weekend, instead of waiting for it to be explained or even calling to get it explained, she filed this report.
On October 21st she refunded and her account closed
