These guys got me. They shot in an offer of $241k on my home without even looking at it. Then my realtor insisted that they look at my house before we accepted their offer, he made sure to clarify that we were selling the house "as-is" and we didn't want any issues in the option period to check out the house before making the offer. So they went to the house, checked it out, came back with an offer of $236k. We Settled on $243k as the selling price. Litterally hours before the option period was up, they countered with $216k ($27,000 less!). After some negotiation, we settled on another offer minutes after the option period, but they insisted on another option period.... in what I can only guess was an attempt to drag it out to make me desperate to lower my price even more as it became more drawn out. They never visited the house again during the option period (that we could see), so there was no additional inspections done that could not have been done prior to the original offer, they were just trying to play games by running up the clock in a desperate attempt to lower the price to unrealistic terms.

Buyers:
I plead you to read other reviews (the real reviews, not the fake 5 star reviews) on yelp. They are full of people who purchased houses from these guys who did not do the proper repairs to the properties. They cut corners, hide problems, and do things half way to just make a profit at the expense of ripping off the people who they are doing business with.

It is my understanding that it is this guy Jeff Fetcher in south Austin that is the problem. He cuts corners, has zero sympathy towards others. My wife is literally in tears over this guy. He has ruined our plans causing us delays, headaches, possible loss of earnest money, as well as possible loss of our new home by wasting time with him! Don't do business with them unless you want this to happen to you
