hired aspen to repair my roof and rain gutters. aspen took the check from the insurance company.did the work left bubbles in the shingles nails showing on the top of the roof and endcaps. and the rain gutter has rain dripping behind the gutter and not in the gutter. there is damage to the fascia  and house siding from where aspen tore off the tin.and did not replace it.

the drip trim was bent up away from the house and after the gutter was put in aspen cut and bent the drip gauard over and into the gutter  without using sealant now water drips behind the gutter.

aspen threaten to file liens on my home. i refuse to pay aspen the rest of there monies till i am satisfied with the work aspen has done as per there company policy no monies paid till customer is satisfied. to which i am not satisfied

aspen recieved a check from my insurance company needing my signature and the mortgage company signature. suppose to get it signed and sent back to me but the office manager can work magic and got it cashed.

never recieved a acknowledgement that aspen cashed it.

no estimate was given just what ever the insurance pays is what it costs. aspen is  wanting the second half of the payment. and will return when the weather is better to fix the problems.

turned aspen into the better business bureau and all of a sudden aspen has emails that aspen claims they sent and i never have seen.

aspen sent a letter dated  12-31-2014 post marked  2-3-2015  stating had 10 days to respond.

aspen told me that because i refuse to pay until work is completed to my satisfaction that my mortgage may call my note due all at once and aspen may ask for a sheriffs sale of my property to get the rest of the payment.

aspen staes they called me 2 times a day for a week but never left a message or had caller id would that be called phone harrassment.
