Aspen Ridge Apartments Mice Invested "LUXURY" apartments Aurora, Colorado

 I Recently moved into these apartments two months ago. I was happy that they were so nice, little did I know that the place is invested with mice. We are one the first floor so i somewhat expected to see one. But there is dozens in the walls and running around in the apartment as well as outside of the building. All the Managment wants to do is put TWO sticky pad in the apartment to "catch them". When we requested they move us to another building, they said that we would have to pay to cancel the lease and pay all the starting fees to start a new lease. Not only have they been unwilling to help us they do not care that our sleep our home and our food is being effected because of their poor maintance. I feel that they should move us to a building that isnt invested or do more than put TWO sticky pads down
