Since we have moved in there has been a bug infestation that has not been handled by the staff or the corporate company. This is effecting more then one apartment. We have had maintenance issues or lack there of.
I fear for my safety and my family. Many of the security lights do not work and even after multiple complaints are still not repaired. My vehicle has been broken into 2 times and has been reported to the office and corporate with no changes. Other tenets have had breakin's to their cars with no change from the staff.
I have spoken with security and they are only there to patrol the dumpsters until midnight not watch for any thing else.
We have experienced flood damage for months from water coming threw our closet wall.
We have been turning in monthly complaints to the office with out regard for our complaints. We have always payed the rent on-time even with all of the problems.

What did you expect your apartment complex to do when cars were broken into? That is like asking the police dept to stop all crime in the U.S....
there is nothing they can do about it. crime is everywhere and tenants need to be aware of their surroundings and call the police dept before moving into a new place. you cannot blame the owners for that. They do not want crime at their units either but the owner cannot sit there 24/7 that is insane.
