I was billed for and paid an annual fee. Shortly after I was cancelled. I have a credit score above 800, no late payment, no balance and an above average income. I consider myself ripped off for the annual fee. They have not responded to my refund request. Hopefully a lawyer will be ging through the complaint list and see the possability for a class action. If anyone knows of a regultoy agency that could help, let me know. This type of credit card company is slimmy enough already we can't let them rip us off.

Aspire Credit Card Recieved a letter in the mail today that they have closed my account to new transactions and may refuse to authorize any new transactions effective November 25th, 2008. Effective immediately my credit limit is $100.00. They still want money for people that may owe them but my balance is 0. I have also been told that it can hurt your credit score if this happens. Aspire Credit Card Service I set up an account with ASPIRE they charged me $150 to start the account without telling me that they were going to do this I mailed a payment in They sent me notice that they hadn'tn received it I called the number they gave me and made a 30 payment Then I get a statement in the mail stating that I have never made a payment although the phone service told me that I didn't owe a payment Columbus Georgia
