Aspire Visa ripoff fraudlent card identity theft Atlanta Georgia

I received in my email an unsolicited Aspire Visa offer. I applied online and was approved instantly.
Approximately 3 weeks later, I received a letter informing me that they required a copy of my drivers license and a current utility bill. That was on April 11.

I have yet to receive my card or any response to several emails I have sent them regarding this. I have left two messages on two different numbers. I have received no answer to those messages or any return phone calls.

I would advise against anyone responding to anything they receive from this company. I will be watching my credit report closely and if anything suspicious shows up on it, this company will have serious charges filed against them.

They are a ripoff, probably into identity theft, and if I knew who to contact to report them, I would do so.
