Aspire Visa ripoff after closing the account you have no # and none are in the disclosures when you cut up your card so you have to go to rip off report to get there number at customer service Columbus Georgia

Aspire card is a totally disfunctional company that calls and harrases you, two days before the due date of the bill is due. Customer service are rude crude demanding and only ask how are you going to pay this how are you going to pay this when it isnt due for two more days. After the incident we opted to close the acct. We were informed to cut the card and dispose of it however they dont tell you that they have no listed Cust Serv numbers anywhere so here it is 1-800-348-8783.

Then to ice the cake when you pay by phone they charge you a 15.00 pay by phone charge which is absolutely a rip off. No where in the cust service agree did it state these kind of fees .. Take my advice, close the card immediately however, dont shred it or you will have one whale of a time on your hands trying to get their number as it is nowhere in the agreements sent to you! I have seen many bad services in my career but this is the worst!

The Better Business Bureau should shut them down before countless victims fall prey to the companys rude customer service hidden fees and online serice that doesn't even work properly.
