Asplundh Tree Experts Harassment Willow Grove Nationwide

This company marked my Maple tree for taking 9 feet off  one side.  I called the company and told them I have a professionl tree company who takes care of all my trees and that they should not touch it.  I then proceeded to paint out the marking they put on the tree.  They have come back to my home 4 days in the last two weeks.  First day they parked two large trucks and a small truck in front of my house for 8 hours.   I again told them not to touch that tree.  Then they sent a 7 foot man to my door,  I am 71 years old and about 5'4", to tell me that I am in violation and they are cutting 8-11 feet from one side of my maple.  I told him that I have a progessional coming to do the job for me.  I also have permission to have this done privately from the company they are working for.   He was quite angrey and sat in his truck right beside my house for about 25 minutes.  I think that is harassment and when it comes to the elderly that is just elder abuse.  I have informed the corpoate office of Asplunda and the office in my state that I am going to file harassment suits if they come back again.
