ASPSweepstakes This company has sent me letters saying that I have won a sweepstakes and then asks for money, Kansas City Kansas

I was sent several letters from ASP Sweepstakes Publisher saying that I was going to win money and in the mean time I was asked to send money for registration fee. I sent money twice in the amount of $12.00 and $11.89. Now I received another letter asking for more money for renewal fee in the amount $12.00 and another letter requesting $19.95 for required purchasing fee and to make check or money order payable to National Bureau. I am not sending this Michael Washington any more money. Who does this guy think he is ? He is ripping people off and he should be refunding all the money he has basically stolen from people. Someone needs to take legal action against this guy. I will reporting him to the BBB. He will not be receiving any more money from me. He is a crook.
