I purchased a Living Social deal for a damage remedy treatment, cut and blowdry. I called to make an appointment and came in on time.  I was asked to wait around for an hour, until Assaf, the owner, could start to work on my hair. 

once Assaf, the owner, started working on my hair, he failed to ask me what I wanted, I told him exactly what to do, and he went ahead and did what he wanted to do.  He gave me highlights using bleach, which was not an Aveda product, which is what baffled me, since I paid $100 for a partial head, and my hair is short.  He clearly used some local beauty supply store stuff.

The highlights came out white at the roots, which is indicative of no toner being used.

Once Assaf started my haircut, I told him to leave my bangs long, he cut them off.  Then, he cut my hair uneven, longer on the left hand side than the right, and gave me layers on one side of my head and not the other.  The haircut was really choppy, not suited for the style.  I was not even offered any products to help hold the horrendous style he bloew dried my hair to. 

The other thing that was really rude, was aside from the fact that none of them spoke to the clients, they spoke in Israeli the whole time, making me feel as if they could have been talking about me. Warning - this place is horrible..... Do not use them or by any deals for their services.
