Assassin Naturals LLC took 11 days to get, worked one day and died, customer service wont answer phone didnt get free trial without ordering 69.95. lewiston , Maine

I heard about smoke assassin on the radio. I called and was suppose to be free trail ect.. but had to order $69.95 for 20 cartridges. I did and they said it would be mailed out first class(not)....

It was ordered on the 14 of sept and arrived on the 11th business day tried three days to contact customer service and they wouldnt pick up. called the number that i ordered it from and they didnt care. gave me the customer service number that i had been calling so that was no good.

when it arrived i tried it and charged it. to find that it worked a couple hours and died. the charger shows it charged but wont work. what a piece of junk this is. I cant get customer service to answer the phone again ( my cordless phone went dead waiting on someone to answer)
