ASSEENONTVGUYS THEY WHERE VERY CURED AND,SARCASTIC AND ARROGANT WHEN SENDING ME AN E-MAIL WHEN I ASK FOR A REFUND ON A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THEY TURNED ME DOWN AND SENT VERY OFFENSIVE E-MAIL LINDEN New Jersey

I ordered a shower mirror from this company it came in not working so I tried to call them and could not get them so I called again no answer so I e-mailed them and also called pay pal to try to reach them not file a claim but a grievance .it was then i received my first e-mail that i got turned down that came from pay pal then I received an e-mail asking me if i was crazy because I did no wait for an answer.I send an e-mail explaining that i did not know them from a hill of bean as i was just trying to cover my a**.

They then sent me an e-mail saying "is your a** so filthy dirty that you have to cover it" It was then i called the New Jersey Better Business Bureau and they told me that the company is rated 11 which is as low as you can get with 11 complaint for the same reason this year

It was then i filed a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General off because i went to your web and saw the complains other people have filed on this company and i ask him how long are they going to let a company like this continue to cheat people in this economy where money is tight I am 71 0n a fix income now i have to take $31,95 lose how many other are cheated and don't know how to get remuneration from being cheated by a company like this before they closed them down
