Asseenontvnetwork.com NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY! The website is horrible. I could not edit my order, tried to contact their CS dept immediately but no answer. When I contacted them less than 24 hours, was informed the order shipped and there is NOTHING they can do about it. I informed them I would cancel my order through the bank. Cancelled my order, and they re-submitted my order. Had to cancel my debit card. Internet

BUYERS BE AWARE...
I cannot believe Brand Name companies are allowing their product to be sold by a website that rips off so many people. I ordered the Buxton Bag for my godmother (at her request) for her birthday. I was hesitant at first because you have to put in your credit card information immediately. But I thought that I could just reject the order if I changed my mind, but no, this is not allowed. It also has prompts that are very deceiving...WATCH OUT!

Makes you think you're upgrading a product, when in fact you are ordering yet another product. There was never a page to 'edit' your order, it was placed...although wrong...immediately. So something that was suppose to be a $19.95 purchasing ended up being $77.77. Shipping charges was outrageous as well.

I immediately tried contacting their "so-called" Customer Service department, but the confirmation states to wait 24 hours for your order to be placed before contacting them. So, I contacted them on Monday, got a live CS person after waiting approximately 10 minutes, only to be told my order was shipped already and there wasn't anything they could do.

What kind of company is this???? I have ordered many times on the internet and must say, this is the first time I've been scammed. I told the customer service representative I would cancel my order, but she didn't seem to be fazed at all and did not offer any help to make my order right. Or offer any resolution.

I contacted my bank immediately after the call with CS to cancel my order and assseenontvnetwork.com actually 're-submitted' the order after the 3-day waiting period. I could not believe this was actually happening. I hope someone reads this in order to save them the frustration and $$$$. This is definitely a fraudulent company.
