Associa Mid-Atlantic Daniel Gonsales,Lisa Rayca Robbed me of $2400 and $390 in fees Mt. Laurel New Jersey

They owe me back an overpayment and overcharges that dates back over 2 years after having a checkbook of mine stolen I had to cancel a checking account and called and notified them that mt ACH draft will no longer go thru.Very soon after the first of Feb the office started calling me for payment. I was called a total of 5 times. After getting no help and even talked down to by the first person i talked to when i returned the call a guy named Daniel Gonzales said that i needed to do this by mail but never told me that im over paid by $2400. Instead when I asked what my balance was he said Im overpaid by $2400 that goes back over 2 years. So at no time in 2 years was I ever notified about the over payment but yet when I was 1 day late on my current payment with a $2400 credit they called me 5 times for even more money and hit my account 10 times getting me $390 in bounce fees.On Feb 16th Daniel said he would submit for a refund. On March 10th I emailed his boss who said the check was sent March 16th but yet 11 days later still nothing. I emailed his boss Lisa Rayca 2 more time and she maintained that the payment was sent but yet still nothing. I'm seeking my $1950 and my $390 in bounce fees for a total of $2,340
